PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Polyurethane is obtained by the reaction of polyols with isocyanates. Our advance R&D team designed innovative high quality polyurethane resin in solution to meet demanding technical properties by each application.

Our Dovethane PU series is polyurethane in solution with variety of solid content as well as viscosities. It’s used as binders in many formulation applications of ink, paint and coating.

PROPERTIES

Dovethane PU series is essential binder in formulating high quality printing ink & coating. Tested with representative laboratory testing equipment, we offering polyurethane binder with excellent yellowing resistance, excellent balance of flow, adhesive, colour strength and printability to any kind of substrates for applying in any printing system.

APPLICATIONS

Dovethane PU series is recommended in flexo and gravure ink formulations on wide variety flexible films, especially PE, PET and OPP.

180 kgs in steel drum.

SAFETY & HANDLING

Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Do not get in eyes. Avoid ingestion of the product.

STORAGE

It should be stored indoor, in closed original containers protected from direct sunlight in a dry, in a dry place at temperature between 5 - 40 °C. Store locked up. Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use. Under above recommended storage conditions, our Dovethane PU series has shelf life of 6 months.
