Dovebond Emulsions from Dover Chemical represent the standard for quality and Eco-Friendly performance product. It is one of the broadest and most comprehensive of water-based dispersions. The Dovebond dispersions are utilized in many industries including adhesive, paint and coating, textile, construction, ink, PSA and more. Supported by the latest instruments of Tensile Strength, MFFT, Particle Size Analyzer, Drying Time Recorder, Gloss Meter and more.

PROPERTIES

Our Emulsion products are water-based dispersion of Pure Acrylic, Polyvinyl Acetate, Vinyl Acrylic, Vinyl Veova, EVAc, and Styrene Acrylic. Its perfomance include good initial tack and high permanent bonding, good water and alkali resistant, excellent wet scrub abrasion resistance.

PACKAGING

We have three options of packaging, 25 Kg in carton box, 210 Kg in plastic drum and 1,100 Kg in IBC tank.

SAFETY & HANDLING

Keep container tightly closed. This product is easily contaminated from bacterial and fungus attack.

STORAGE

Store in well ventilated areas, away from direct sunlight. Direct or continuous sunlight can cause skinning at the surface of product.  Keep the remaining product in its plastic bags tightly sealed to avoid skinning. Storage life in range 6-12 months (base on production date).

BY TYPE

PVAc

PVAc is a water based resin based on VAM monomer. It is generally used for adhesive application for paper overlay, paper zak, wood, etc.

Vinyl Acrylic

Vinyl acrylic is a water based resin made from VAM and Acrylic monomers. It is generally used for interior paint (sometimes a little used for exterior). It is easily formulated in paints.

Vinyl Veova

Vinyl Veova is a water based resin made from VAM and Veova monomers. It is generally used for interior, exterior and tile paint. It has excellent gloss compared to Vinyl Acrylic.

Styrene Acrylic

Styrene Acrylic is a water based resin made from Styrene monomer and Acrylics. It is generally used for interior, exterior and tile paint. It has good water and alkali resistance, so it is also used as a primer and waterproofing.

All Acrylic / Pure Acrylic

All Acrylic is a water based resin made from polymerized Acrylic monomer. It is generally used for exterior paint. It has good weather resistance and color acceptance, so it is widely used in high quality (premium) paints.

Adhesive

Dovebond is widely used in the adhesive industry including application for paper to paper, wood working, PVC lamination, label and sticker, general purpose, PSA OPP tapes, flexible packaging, D3/D4, etc.

Paint and Coating

Dovebond is widely used in the paint and coating industry including application for interior and exterior paint, low cost paint, roof paint, metal roof paint, wood coating, etc.

Textile

Dovebond is widely used in the textile industry including application for printing binder, stiffener/Non woven, backcoating, flocking binder, thickener, laminating, etc.

Dovebond is widely used in the construction industry including application for bonding agent/1K WP, 2K fexible WP, etc.
